* Regular Classes
These classes are developed for all age groups, taught by professional
artists with well planned progressive instruction including syllabi's.
The cost is $90.00 per each 8 week session, meeting one time per week
for a 1 hour class.
* Block Classes
These classes are developed to aid in the care and education of children
in year round schools, home schooled, and/or private schools. Children come from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon,
Monday thru Friday with a schedule of 3 different one-hour classes each day for a total of 15 hours per week!
Cost is $100.00 per week.
* Mini-Block Classes
Children come from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Thursdays OR
10:00 am to 12:00 noon, Saturdays for one subject - 2 hour class per day, once a week
for a 4 week session a total of 8 hours for $90.00.
* Summer Production - June 9 thru Aug 15
Vacation schedules for students are taken into consideration - prices
may vary. Children come from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for one
subject - 2 hour class per day, 3 days a week. These classes are set up for "Summer Production".
C.L.A.S.S. Act Drama Club will put on a play and Clay Specialty, Intermediate &
Advanced Water Color and Painting Discovery classes will do a Gallery Exhibit
at the end of August.
* Group Programs
6 to 8 students may request special classes in any of the subjects we teach.
Days and times are set according to need. (Approximately 107 different types of classes available.)
* For Adults
We have fun and interesting art mediums that will help
enrich their lives. Stress is at an all time high in our jobs and families.
The arts have a history of helping to reduce stress by taking the mind
of the current day to day problems and focus on something creative and maybe challenging.
* Teens
Are also in great need of stress reduction and socialization. Teen classes
have the same ideas and concepts built into them as the adult classes.
Spending time stimulating the creativity and talents that teens have is
fun and challenging! These classes are built on the foundation of motivating
for fun and enjoyment with side effects of achievment and positive self-esteem.
People spend more time on game stations, computers, television, etc. than they
do in socializing, which can cause a great feeling of aloneness, depression and
isolation. Taking a class brings people together where they can share their
time and ideas.
* Mommy And Me
these classes educate the new parent and young child in various types
of mediums. Communication and educating skills are introduced to parents.
Art projects are no-fail fun times. (clay, crafts, painting, and more)
Parents learn how to relax with creating a mess, the clean up and the
expectations of the child's success level. The cost is $90.00 for both parent
and child per each 8 week session, meeting one time per week for a 1
hour class.
* Parent/Child Classes
Regular classes scheduled in each of the areas we offer can be taken
as Parent/Child classes. These classes provide a non-competitive environment
for learning. Both parent and child can share artistic time and be encouraged
to show their own individualism. In addition to learning a new art form, communication
and educating skills are introduced to parents and children. Topics
for discussion include: learning about each other, creating just for
fun, listening skills, learning from each other, create quality time
spent together. Art projects are no-fail fun times. Each age group has
its own set of communication skills explored. The cost is $90.00 for
parent and $75.00 for each child, per each 8 week session, meeting one
time per week for a 1 hour class.
* On Location
Taking art out to the community, reaching as many different groups
as we possibly can. C.L.A.S.S. has everything from one time seminars
to "On Location" complete 8 weeks courses. Each activity is
specially planned to meet the needs of the population served. Groups
wishing these services call for more information.
We are approved for SCHOOLS - Salt Lake City Schools, Jordan School District and
Murray School District, and by teacher request for Granite School District.
Special classes for SENIORS are provided in partnership with Taylorsville
Senior Center.
COMPANIES wishing to provide "On Site Art"
can arrange classes meeting their special time contraints for employees.
Along with teaching interesting art classes and projects, these classes
provide stress reduction in a non-competitive environment, aiding in
building respect for co-workers.
PRIVATE GROUPS such as church groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, clubs, etc.
can also receive special rates for group or individual projects or classes.
